Family Critical Time Intervention: Helping Families with Challenges Increase Housing Stability

Dr. Judith Samuels, Research Scientist, Rutgers University

Dr. Samuels has an MBA from Rutgers University, an M.Phil. and a PhD in Public Administration from New York University. Dr. Samuels is a Research Scientist at the Nathan Kline Institute in NY. She has conducted and led extensive research in the areas of adult and family homelessness, health and mental health services, policy and finance. Her work with homeless families is included in the President's New Freedom Commission on Mental Health's final report.
