CMHA offers new course on using cognitive behavioral therapy in everyday life
Offered in Ottawa for the first time in Winter 2014, Living Life to the Full (LLTTF) is an interactive course designed to help individuals deal more effectively with everyday life challenges. Based on the cognitive-behavioral therapy model, LLTTF provides practical strategies to help people to better manage their thoughts, feelings and emotions and begin to live healthier, happier, more fulfilling lives. LLTTF is also a great resource for those supporting friends or family members who are dealing with mental health problems. For adults aged 19 and over.
The upcoming dates for LLTTF are:

Time: 1:30PM-4:30pm
Cost: $185
