Ottawa Public Health upgrades to a Frostbite Warning
Ottawa Public Health (OPH) extends Frostbite Warning and advises residents to take appropriate precautions before going outside and to encourage homeless people to seek shelter indoors. This warning is in effect for overnight January 20 and January 21, 2014.

Santé publique Ottawa (SPO) a émis un avertissement de risque d’engelures afin d’inciter les  résidents à prendre les précautions nécessaires avant de sortir, et d’encourager les sans-abri à trouver refuge à l’intérieur. Cet avertissement est en vigueur pour la nuit du 20 au 21 janvier 2014
