Community Capacity Building Training Programs
FOR THOSE PROVIDING HOMELESSNESS SERVICES in Ottawa

These program are offered free of charge to:
Employees of non-profit service agencies who work with people experiencing homelessness.

Funded by the Homelessness Partnering Strategy/ ESDC - Government of Canada

Our FALL schedule includes:

*        Mental Health First Aid - YOUTH - 2 day program

*        Housing Based Case Management

*        Mediation & Negotiation Techniques

*        Housing First - Diversion 101

*        Motivational Interviewing

*        Working with Reluctant Clients   *pre-requisite- Motivational Interviewing

*        Building & Maintaining Resilience

*        Compassion Fatigue; Vicarious Trauma, & Low Impact Debriefing

*        Understanding & Managing Aggressive Behaviour (UMAB)

*        Mental Health First Aid

*        Immigration Law/ Family Class
