[homeles_ot-l] Frostbite Warning in Effect overnight Feb 12 until Further Notice/Mise en garde contre les engelures le soir du 12 fevr jusqu'a nouvel ordre

Ottawa Public Health (OPH) has issued a Frostbite Warning to ensure people take appropriate precautions before going outside and to encourage homeless people to seek indoor shelter from the cold. This warning is in effect from Thursday, February 12, 2015 until further notice.


Santé publique Ottawa (SPO) émet une mise en garde contre les engelures afin d’inciter les  résidents à prendre les précautions nécessaires avant de sortir, et d’encourager les sans-abri à trouver refuge à l’intérieur. Cette mise en garde contre les engelures est en vigueur du jeudi le 12e février 2015 jusqu’à nouvel ordre.
