INVESTMENT IN AFFORDABLE HOUSING (IAH) FOR ONTARIO 2014 EXTENSION PROGRAM AND 2015 ACTION OTTAWA REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

The Housing Services Branch will release a Request for Proposals (RFP) for 2015 to develop affordable rental housing dwelling units under Action Ottawa and the IAH Program.

The intent of this RFP is to allocate up to $4.6M in 2015 funding to facilitate the development of affordable housing for older adults.

The RFP is tentatively scheduled to be released and available on June 29, 2015, and to close at 2:00pm on September 30, 2015.

A public information session to present the details of the RFP process and to answer questions will take place on:

July 7th, 2015, from 10:00am to 12:00pm, in the Chamber Boardroom at Ben Franklin Place, 101 Centrepointe Drive.

Attendance and registration at the information session is optional for proponents who wish to submit a proposal. Please confirm your attendance by sending an email to affordablehousingunit at ottawa.ca<mailto:affordablehousingunit at ottawa.ca>.

L’ÉLARGISSEMENT 2014 DU PROGRAMME D’INVESTISSEMENT DANS LE LOGEMENT ABORDABLE DE L’ONTARIO ET DEMANDE DE PROPOSITION D’ACTION OTTAWA 2015

La Direction des services de logement diffusera une Demande de proposition pour 2015 afin de développer des unités d’habitation locatives à prix abordable sous Action Ottawa et l’Élargissement 2014 du Programme d’investissement dans le logement abordable de l’Ontario.

L’objectif de cette Demande de proposition est d’allouer jusqu’à 4.6 millions de dollars en financement pour 2015 afin de faciliter le développement de logements abordables pour personnes âgées.

On estime pouvoir diffuser la Demande de proposition et la rendre disponible le 29 juin 2015; la date de clôture sera le 30 septembre 2015, à 14 h.

Une séance d’information publique aura lieu pour présenter les détails entourant le processus de la Demande de proposition et répondre aux questions.

Mardi 7 juillet 2015, de 10 h 00 à 12 h 00, dans la salle Chambers à la place Ben Franklin, 101, promenade Centrepointe.

La participation et l’inscription à la séance d’information sont facultatives pour toutes les personnes souhaitant présenter une proposition. Veuillez confirmer votre présence par courriel à affordablehousingunit at ottawa.ca<mailto:affordablehousingunit at ottawa.ca>.
