Registration is now open for the *“Housing First: International and Local
Developments” *forum being held on *Wednesday, February 24th *at the University
of Ottawa.
This forum will feature *Keynote Speaker Dr. Ronni Greenwood* from the
University
of Limerick, and previously with Pathways to Housing in New York City. Dr.
Greenwood will share her research on developing Housing First in Dublin,
Ireland. Following Dr. Greenwood’s presentation, we will hear from staff
and clients of the *Supported Housing Addiction Recovery Program *(SHARP)
located at Oasis, Sandy Hill Community Health Centre, who will discuss
their first-hand experience of Housing First. Dr. Rebecca Cherner,
Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Ottawa, will conclude the day with
a presentation of the *outcome findings of the SHARP Evaluation*.

*Cost:* Registration is free, and lunch will be provided.
*Location:* The forum will be held at the University of Ottawa Faculty of

*Time:* The forum will be held from 9am to 1pm on Wednesday, February 24th.
Coffee/tea and muffins will be available at 8:45am. Lunch will be available
at 12:30pm.

Thomas More Private) and the Mann Garage (801 King Edward Avenue) are
