Subject: Housing, Health and Justice COI survey

Good morning everyone,
The Housing, Health and Justice Community of Interest (COI) committee has been working  to advance the agenda on the issue of providing housing support to individuals with mental health and addictions issues involved with the justice system.

The focus of the Housing, Health and Justice COI is on individuals with diagnosed or undiagnosed mental health and addictions issues who have been in detention and/or correctional custody for any length of time, and as a result, face barriers in accessing or retaining affordable housing. We are currently conducting a scan of housing programs across the province that are serving this specific population.
I was wondering if you could share the below survey link with prospective SC and/or Project partners and ask them to fill out the brief survey and share information about these housing programs. The information  that the partners provide will help the Housing, Health and Justice COI gain a better understanding of housing support that is currently available for this population.
The online survey will take approximately ten minutes to complete and is to be completed by September 5th . You can take the survey online by following this link: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/M6FBZZZ.
Please share with me the names of the partners that  you share the link with so that I can keep track of the regions that have been engaged.
