Hi all – FYI, there is an Ottawa-Carleton Detention Centre class action
lawsuit. Please let your networks know about it.



*Were you in OCDC anytime between May 20th 2014 – June 30th 2016 and did
you experience any of the following?*

§  *double-bunking*

§  *triple-bunking*

§  *sleeping on the floor of a cell*

§  *family visit was cancelled due to lockdowns*

§  *lawyer visit was cancelled due to lockdowns*

§  *medical appointment was cancelled due to lockdowns *

§  *denied showers and/or hygiene due to lockdowns*

§  *subjected to strip searches in front of other inmates*

*If yes, you can join a class action lawsuit.*

Fill out the attached class member form and send to Champ and Associates.







There is no cost for you, and you would not have to appear in court.
