Prosper Canada is seeking applications from non-profit/charitable organizations to be part of a new project, Financial Empowerment Champions.

Prosper Canada will collaborate with five organizations across the country to improve the financial wellbeing of over one million Canadians living on low incomes.

Project funding of up to $150,000 annually will be distributed over four and a half years to each organization, to help them deliver and expand a set of five proven financial empowerment interventions. These organizations will be referred to as Financial Empowerment Champions (FEC) through the project.

This call for applications is primarily intended for non-profit/charitable organizations that are: Working in urban settings; currently offering financial empowerment interventions to individuals living on low incomes; and are proactive evaluators of their programs.

Prospérité Canada lance un appel de demandes auprès d’organismes à but non lucratif ou de bienfaisance pour faire partie du nouveau Projet des champions de l’autonomisation financière.

Prospérité Canada établira des partenariats avec cinq organismes au pays afin d’améliorer le bien-être financier de plus d’un million de Canadiennes et de Canadiens qui vivent avec de faibles revenus.

Un financement de projet allant jusqu’à 150 000 $ annuellement sera distribué sur une période de 4,5 années à chacun des organismes pour les aider à mettre en œuvre un ensemble de cinq interventions en matière d’autonomisation financière et d’en accroître la portée. Tout au long du projet, les organismes seront désignés comme étant des champions de l’autonomisation financière (CAF).

Cet appel de demandes s’adresse essentiellement aux organismes à but non lucratif ou de bienfaisance qui : œuvrent en milieu urbain; offrent actuellement des interventions en matière d’autonomisation financière à des personnes qui vivent avec de faibles revenus; sont des évaluateurs proactifs de leurs programmes.
