Good Afternoon,

My name is Leigh Stratton, I'm the Coordinator of Women's and Gender Diverse
Services at Shepherds of Good Hope. You are receiving this email because we
have some very exciting news to share; we have recently acquired funding
that will allow us to hire Peer Support Workers to provide more
comprehensive services to our female residents.

For the purposes of Shepherds of Good Hope, Peer Workers are people who
identify as having lived experience with mental illness, substance use,
homelessness, sex work, or a combination of these experiences. The Peer
Workers will use their common experiences to support and inspire hope in
others with the goal of increasing engagement and positive outcomes.

I am reaching out to you today to because we are looking to collaborate with
the organizations that support women in the community for the purposes of
sharing the job posting.

I would be very happy to connect by telephone or in person to provide you
with further information on our new venture and to answer any questions you
may have.

Please find the attached job posting and application.

Thanks so much for your time,

Leigh Stratton
