Point-in-Time Count Toolkit
The Canadian Observatory on Homelessness Press has updated its Point-in-Time Count Toolkit to support communities conducting counts. This includes those participating in the Everyone Counts: The 2018 Coordinated Point-in-Time Count led by the Government of Canada’s Homelessness Partnering Strategy. The toolkit now includes an integrated youth count methodology.

Final Report of the Vulnerability Assessment Tool Evaluation: Narrative summary of quantitative results and qualitative findings

BC Housing, by Pathways PtH Housing First, Inc. and the Centre for Research on Educational and Community Services, University of Ottawa
BC Housing initiated this evaluation to determine to what extent the Vulnerability Assessment Tool (VAT) has been achieving its objectives, identify lessons learned, and inform whether stakeholder should continue to use the VAT. Based upon the results of the evaluation, the research team recommended the continued use of the VAT in BC Housing funded supportive housing.
