Please be advised that due to constant increase in referrals and steadily
increasing wait times, effective immediately Centre 454's ODSP Application
Support Program will be suspending new referrals for a period of one year.
This will allow program staff to address the current wait list, consisting
of about 360 individuals. This is typically the number of clients seen by
the program in a year. We currently have an additional 225 active clients at
various stages of the ODSP application process. Centre 454 will review the
moratorium on referrals in six months. Follow up communication will be sent
out at that time."
