[homeles_ot-l] Ask the Premier to sign emergency order to bring evictions ban into force

Yesterday, the Ontario legislature adopted a non-binding Opposition motion (Motion 125) asking that a moratorium on residential evictions be reinstated.


However, because the legislature is adjourning early for a two-month break, Premier Ford must sign an emergency order to implement the ban.


Feed Ontario is urging Premier Ford to move quickly and sign an emergency order to implement the eviction moratorium as soon as possible.
