[homeles_ot-l] LTB access for tenants without phone or Internet access

[Alliance To End Homelessness]

Good afternoon,

The Landlord and Tenant Board in Ottawa has expanded access terminals for
tenants with virtual hearings who do not have access to a phone, computer,
and/or Internet. The requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Attached is the information in both French and English. Please share this
with your tenant clients and community members and reach out to Community
Legal Services Ottawa if you have questions.
