Soul Space welcomes frontline street health, harm reduction, community and social service workers for a monthly drop-in social gathering. Enjoy coffee, tea & treats while engaging in meaningful conversation and activities with other frontline workers to support your wellbeing. 
**Bring a piece of fabric with meaning to you as a frontline worker for our collective quilt project (optional)**
Cost: Free (includes a beverage and treat)


Retreats for Black Women Frontline Workers
Friday, July 21 & Friday, August 18th - Gaia Wellness Retreat Centre (Alcove, Quebec)
In collaboration with the AIDS Committee of Ottawa, Soul Space invites Black women-identifying/gender-diverse frontline street health, harm reduction, community and social service workers in Ottawa, to participate in a cost-free day retreat to engage in restorative programs and conversation with other Black women who understand the challenges of frontline work, systemic racism, and barriers to self-care. Lunch, tea, coffee & snacks included; help with transportation is available.
**Please register for only one date.

Cost: Free* (a few spaces still available)
