Soul Space Wellness Workshop [**TONIGHT**]
Tuesday, June 27th @ 6-8 pm - Sandy Hill Community Centre (Games Room)

Join Andrea Prazmowski (Forest Therapy Ottawa <https://soulspaceottawa.us13.list-manage.com/track/click?u=f044fc943c97798305b0a1c0a&id=88fc02e7d3&e=093be45252>) and the Soul Space team for an urban forest bathing experience (or plant potting if the weather does not cooperate). Wellness Workshops are held on the last Tuesday of the month, are professionally-facilitated, and explore practices to support wellbeing & prevent burnout. Connect with other frontline workers who understand your experiences. All are welcome!

Thursday, July 13th @ 7-9pm - Bridgehead Coffee House, 282 Elgin Street
Soul Space welcomes frontline street health, harm reduction, community and social service workers for a monthly drop-in social gathering. Enjoy coffee, tea & treats while engaging in meaningful conversation and activities with other frontline workers to support your wellbeing. 
**Bring a piece of fabric with meaning to you as a frontline worker for our collective quilt project (optional)**
Cost: Free (includes a beverage and treat)


Retreats for Black Women Frontline Workers
Friday, July 21 & Friday, August 18th - Gaia Wellness Retreat Centre (Alcove, Quebec)
In collaboration with the AIDS Committee of Ottawa, Soul Space invites Black women-identifying frontline street health, harm reduction, community and social service workers in Ottawa, to participate in a cost-free day retreat to engage in restorative programs and conversation with other Black women who understand the challenges of frontline work, systemic racism, and barriers to self-care. Lunch, tea, coffee & snacks included; help with transportation is available.
**Please register for only one date.

Cost: Free* (spaces still available)
