1. Soul Space Cafe - Thursday, May 11th @ 7-9pm - Bridgehead Coffee House, 282 Elgin Street (Elgin & MacLaren) - Soul Space welcomes Ottawa frontline street health, harm reduction, community and social service workers for a monthly drop-in social gathering. Enjoy coffee, tea & treats while engaging in meaningful conversation and activities with other frontline workers to support your wellbeing.

2. Soul Space Annual Weekend Retreat - June 9-11th - Gaia Wellness Retreat Centre (Alcove, Quebec) - In addition to restorative time in nature and connecting with other frontline street health, harm reduction, community and social service workers, optional offerings will include a Creating with Clay Workshop led by Ginger McCoy of Hintonburg Pottery Shop, self-care strategies with massage therapist, Pam Fitch, and Indigenous teachings and sharing circle with Donna Naughton of Kateri Native Ministry of Ottawa.

Cost: $50 incl. accommodations (shared cabin or camping options), meals and optional supportive offerings
