Visitor Experience & Events Coordinator (Full-Time)
Full-Time: 35 hours per week
Wage: $25.00/hour
Availability: Includes occasional evenings and weekends.
Deadline: Position open until filled

You are the heartbeat of the front of house at the Kelowna Art Gallery. You set the tone from every interaction visitors, renters, and event guests have within the Gallery. And, you lead a team of amazing staff that deliver that experience consistently and with passion.

What You'll Do

  *   Welcome People Well
  *   Lead a Strong Front of House Team
  *   Coordinate Gallery Events
  *   Manage Facility Rentals
  *   Support Our Merchandise Corner
  *   Keep Things Running

The KAG is one of the largest public art galleries in the BC Interior. We believe in the power of visual art to open conversations, shift perspectives, and bring people together. The person in this role plays a significant part in making that possible, not from behind the scenes, but right at the front door, every single day.
