[BCMA] Historic Stewart Farm Job Posting

Hi!

The City of Surrey is seeking a dynamic, collaborative, and innovative Heritage Program Assistant (Community Services Assistant 3) to join the team at Historic Stewart Farm, a vibrant heritage site located in Elgin Heritage Park along the Nicomekl River. This auxiliary role is an integral part of delivering high-quality educational programs, special events, and a unique heritage experience for visitors.

This auxiliary position is primarily scheduled for Sundays, with opportunities for additional weekday, weekend, and evening shifts as operational needs require. Please see the attached job poster for additional information

Hourly Rate: $28.16


We are also looking for Heritage interpreters (Community Services Assistant 2).
In this role, you will help create engaging and memorable experiences for Historic Stewart Farm visitors by bringing local history to life through interpretation, programming, and public engagement.
This auxiliary position requires availability for shifts on weekdays, weekends, and occasional evenings. Shifts are scheduled based on operational needs, including regular public programming, special events, school programs, and seasonal activities at the site.
Hourly Rate: $25.54
