[BCMA] Party Invitation: After 43 years, Cathy English is retiring from Revelstoke Museum & Archives

Hello all,

We can't believe we're saying this, but at the end of 2026 our Curator of 43 years, Cathy English, is retiring. Cathy has had an extensive and impactful career in the sector, and is a pillar of Revelstoke's heritage community. Many of you will know her from conferences and workshops, and perhaps from the King Charles Coronation Medal ceremony a few years ago.

To celebrate her career and legacy, Revelstoke Museum & Archives is throwing a retirement party on Thursday, October 8th from 7 pm to 9 pm. We recognize that many of you on this listserv who know Cathy won't be able to make the journey to Revelstoke, so we have an option on the RSVP form for you to leave her a message should you wish to!
