Great advice, Terry. Thank you. Learning not to react -- or to react
calmly -- can be the most difficult part of cycling.
And, if in spite of Terry's advice you do get into a situation like that
(as happened to me once) I recommend you get legal advice.
Having practised criminal law for the better part of the past five
years, it is my personal opinion that the cop who said the guy was not
chargeable is out to lunch. So, get legal advice if this happens to you.
And more importantly -- follow Terry's advice and stay safe!
