by a German Architect whose design incorporates an
environmentally friendly approach, European training and
techniques of "Bau-Biologie" (a German phrase for green
architecture). It is a solar house with unfired clay walls
that self-regulates moisture and temperature. In the winter
it has a cozy, warm indoor climate, in the summer it is
naturally cool.

Ocean front property, 2.94 acre, rural zoning.

House: total 1,625 sq ft, with 300 sq ft sun-room, and
540 sq ft cellar. 4.5 bedrooms, living room, kitchen,
2 bathrooms (one with Jacuzzi-whirl-pool), laundry room,
vestibule and large solarium (sun-room).

Shed: approx. 1,700 sq ft. One and a half stories -- serves
as garage, storage and shop. This large storage barn-garage
(gambrel-roof; 42ft x 30ft, 1.5 story) next to the house
could easily be converted into a guest house.

The property for sale is lot number 7 on a subdivision made
in 1997. There is only one other home on this subdivision.
There are no plans for the near future to sell or build any

Walking out of the house to the east, down the stairs you
