OXFAM ANNUAL HUNGER BANQUET
 
Come to learn about food issues and celebrate World Food Day at Oxfam's
10th Annual Hunger Banquet.  It takes place on Sunday, October 15, from
6 to 9 PM at St. Matthew's United Church Hall on Barrington Street, at
the bottom of Spring Garden Rd.
 
Keynote speaker is Patty Williams, Principle Investigator, NS Food
Security Projects, who will address the theme "Causing Hunger - Local
and Global solutions".
 
This is an all-ages event, featuring the Raging Grannies, musical
entertainment by the Ben Ross Band, food, and food for thought.
 
Tickets are $8 waged and $5 for students and unwaged people.  They are
available at the Just Us Cafe, the Coburg Coffee House, Backpackers, One
World Cafe, Between the Lines, Trident and Planet Organic.  They will
