[Sust-mar] North America's first solar subdivision

Traffic is a little slower here at sust-mar in the summertime, a change 
from earlier in the year where sometimes a dozen messages waited in queue.

To fill some 'dead air' today here's an article about the community of 
Drake Landing, Alberta, which has been called the Greenest community in 
Canada and has had energy planners visit from as far away as China.
