The incumbent in this position is responsible for the 
development and delivery of environmental education-
based experiences for schools, camps, institutes, and 
visitor programs. This will involve the planning, 
coordinating and marketing of environmental education 
and leadership conferences and/or camps for children 
and adults, community development, as well as fund 
raising to ensure the long-term sustainability of the project. 
The coordinator is also responsible for the general 
administration of the Centre including training, task 
assignment, supervision of assistants, and bookkeeping.

Education: Degree in Education with a strong background 
in environmental studies or biology.

Skills: Written and oral communication including public 
speaking; research; leadership; interpersonal (networking); 
fund raising; computer

SALARY $35,000
