Greetings from Clean Nova Scotia!

 

On Friday, June 1, 2007, Clean Nova Scotia will be hosting our 9th
annual major fundraising event. Join us at the Mic Mac Amateur Aquatics
Club in Dartmouth on beautiful Lake Banook for a memorable evening. Last
year Clean Nova Scotia turned up the heat with our Latin-themed gala -
this year, we are turning up the cool!  

 

Rhythm and Roots: The Great Green Get-Down will feature the danceable
sounds of The Mellotones, delicious hors d'oeuvres, and easy
opportunities to walk away with some fun prizes. Join us for one of the
best networking opportunities of the year as we open our doors to the
business community, fellow non-profit organizations, government
representatives, our valued members and anyone else looking for a night
of great music and 'cool' company.

 

Win Prizes! Does the thought of another silent auction make you yawn?
Tired of never taking home the bigger items? Well, this year, we have a
new twist that gives you a chance to win everything on the table!  The
Leave your Chances auction allows you to buy a handful of bidding leaves
(two-part tickets-you retain one side and bid with the other), and then
place them on your favourite items. Drop them here and there, or drop
them all on the prize you like the most to increase your chances of
winning. At the end of the bidding, a lucky winner will be drawn for
each prize -- it could be you.

 

Clean Nova Scotia is a charitable organization that delivers quality
education programs for all ages and for all Nova Scotians. Your support
will go directly toward programs such as the Great Nova Scotia
Pick-Me-Up, Towards a Brighter Future, Planet Action Club for Kids
newsletter, a new green roof initiative, Waste Reduction Week and more.
We cannot flourish as an organization without your help, so please join
