I appreciate Rick speaking up about the highly-inflated farm price.  
As someone committed to sustainable farming, ethical livelihood, etc.  
(and someone actually looking for an affordable farm!) I was stunned  
by the $2 million asking price. It certainly doesn't fit my idea of  
what sustainable community is all about!
