Great Nova Scotia Pick-Me-Up Launch

Join Clean Nova Scotia (www.clean.ns.ca) as we encourage individuals to
take part in litter cleanups across the province.

 

When: Saturday April 18th, 10am start, 1pm finish.

Where: 650 Portland Street, Superstore parking Lot (closest to the
Winners)

We are cleaning a stream (Ellenvale Run) and around a lake (Morris Lake)
so dress appropriately!

Who can take part: Everyone is welcome and children must be supervised
by guardians at all times.

 

PRIZES: Prizes available for the best Miss/Mr. Earth Day outfits. Think
Re-Use!

 

What to bring: All materials will be provided including gloves and
snacks will be available on site but it is recommended that volunteers
come prepared with waterproof shoes, sunscreen, hats and a change of
clothes just in case it is still wet and muddy in some areas.

When you arrive: All volunteers must register at the registration table
in the parking lot before heading out.

How to get there by Metro Transit: Busses #59, #55, #61 and #68 roll
right by the Superstore.
