Join the us for an afternoon of nature hikes, music, and food, all in  
celebration of the amazing and endangered Blanding?s turtle.

Learn about how people in Pleasant River and beyond are helping to  
save this species at risk. You can even sign up to check on a turtle  
nest with a nest guardian (7pm onwards).
The whole event is FREE!

Saturday, June 12, 2pm to 6pm (7pm onwards for turtle nesting)
Pleasant River Community Hall, Pleasant River
- 2pm: Conservation Property Announcement
- 2:30pm: Guides hikes about Blanding?s turtles and their habitat
- 4:30pm: BBQ and live music
- 7:00pm onwards: Optional opportunity to visit turtle nesting sites
