Think back to last winter…….  It was long and cold, and local food was
scarce.
Why not start preparing early this year.

Join our preserving CSA and your pantry will be stocked full of delicious
local canned goods by November.
You will receive baskets of jam, pickles, fruit in honey syrup, salsa,
stewed tomatoes and other special things to make your winter cooking
delicious.
