Job Description

Currently we are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our passionate team in our Halifax office. Preferred candidates will have previous experience and expertise in project/program delivery, marketing, sales and client relationship management. This is a challenging and dynamic role that will suit a Program Manager with a sense of adventure, and one who thrives in a fast-paced results-driven environment where high-expectations are the norm.

Desired Skills & Experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the development and day to day delivery of programs
• Assist with development and delivery of training programs for event staff and store associates
• Coordinate and facilitate various media events
• Develop and distribute progress reports to program and business stakeholders
• Coordinate the drafting and production of program related marketing and communication materials
• Analyze and report on program results
• Collaborate effectively with team members
• Able to work evenings and weekends during campaign delivery periods
• Complete various additional projects as assigned
• Able to work independently and as a remote team member

Job Skill Requirements:

• 5+ years of related work experience
• Experience in full life cycle management of projects and programs
• Must possess a strong character, sound judgement, confidence and enthusiasm
• Forward thinking and proactive with strong problem-solving skills
• Experience with business development and client relationship management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; French is an asset. 
• Successful candidates will have experience in delivering presentations and report writing
• Excellent computer skills, including MS Office suite of tools
• Ability to work well independently, multi-task and self-manage
• Excellent organization and detail management skills
• Experience managing budgets
• Must possess a valid driver's license
• Access to a reliable vehicle is an asset
