Annapolis Valley YNC:
Saturday April 28th, 10:30am. Nicole D’Entremont will give us a tour of Dr. Steve Mockford's lab at Acadia
and talk about amphibians and species at risk such as the Blandings

Saturday April 21st, 10:30am - A presentation aboutstarlings and other birdsby Joel Slade from Saint Mary’s University. At the Museum of Natural Historyin the auditorium
Sunday April 29th, 1:00pm – 3:00pm – We will visit Frog Pond to do some bird watchingwith Bonnie Carmichael of the Nova Scotia Bird Society. Please contact Robin at yncns at yahoo.ca to register for this field trip
Friday April 13th. A field trip to the Harbour Sky Observatory to enjoy and evening of stargazing! This field trip is weather
dependent but we will meet at the NSCC Campus at first and depending on
the weather either proceed to the observatory or have an astronomy

South Shore YNC:
Saturday 28th April, 1:00pm. OurNature Art Contest Winners will be announced following a presentation by Frances Anderson on lichens and mosses. DesBrisay Museum Bridgewater. For more information contact Pam at 530-5182 or pamjwm at gmail.com.
