Hike NS AGM & Hikes: June 1 & 2

 

Annual General Meeting: June 2 Antigonish Co.

Hike Nova Scotia's Annual General Meeting will be held on Saturday, June 2
at St. Joseph's Lakeside Community Centre, near Antigonish (2752 Ohio East
Road, St. Joseph's, Antigonish Co., see directions at

www.sjlcc.ca). A light lunch will be provided starting at 12 pm with the AGM
from 1 to 3 pm.

During the AGM, Hike NS will be happy to recognize Peter Jackson with an
award for outstanding leadership in the development of hiking trails in
Antigonish County. There will also be presentations on hiking in Antigonish
County and on the Keppoch Mountain project.

Associated with the AGM are two guided hikes offered on Friday, June 1 at
Beaver Mountain Provincial Park at 6 pm (
