You are invited to the annual Tatamagouche Summer Free School, Aug 21-24



Come enjoy a weekend of camping, learning, eating fresh local food, and
dancing to live music on a beautiful organic farm on North Shore of NS,
while participating in 3 days of free workshops on everything from "food
fermentation" to "refugee law" to "DIY chicken butchering".



The Free School was founded 10 years ago with the aim of "*being a radical
education space that offers people tools to create a more just, sustainable
and joyful world**" .  *This summer we're proud to be celebrating our
10th anniversary:
come join in with 100 like-minded people of all ages as we learn, teach, feast,
laugh, swim, and relax by the campfire together.


Children are welcome at the Freeschool, some workshops will be child
friendly and there will be a kids play area on site, but parents are
responsible for supervision.



*Details:*



*Dates* – the program starts on Friday morning, Aug 22 and ends with lunch
on Sun Aug 24.



Campsite available beginning the afternoon of *Thurs Aug 21* (supper will
be available if you have pre-registered)*.* Help with setup and cooking is
welcome.



W*hile attending the full event is encouraged, daily attendance is
permitted.*



*Accommodations* - free camping on-site



*Cost* - Advance $75 or on-site $80 which covers all your meals (all local
food) for 3.5 days.  *A limited number of bursaries are** available upon
request** with preregistration**.*



*Location* - Waldegrave Farm - 11 Alex Cox Road, Tatamagouche NS - a 2-hr
drive from Halifax.  *We can help you with finding a carpool!*
