Please note the following event cancellations and updates

Due to the blizzard forecasted for the Tantramar region tonight and tomorrow, the event **"Preparing for Flooding at Home"** (February 3rd at 5pm) has been postponed. We hope to offer it again in the spring. Stay safe and warm. Shubenacadie Sam just predicted 6 more weeks of winter!

Please note that **Port Elgin's Energy Saving Pizza Party**  has been rescheduled for Thursday, February 12th 6pm-8pm at Pedvac. If you live in Port Elgin and would like to have input into the village's action plan to reduce energy, please attend. It's free. If you would like to provide input but cannot make it, please feel free to email your ideas to EOS at eos at nb.aibn.com, call the office at 536-4487 or start a discussion on the Picture Port Elgin Facebook Page.

The **Dorchester Energy Saving Dessert Party** is scheduled for Wednesday, February 11th at the Dorchester Veteran's Community Centre at 6:30pm. This event is free. If you would like to provide input to the village's action plan to reduce energy and emissions but cannot make it, please feel free to email your ideas to EOS at eos at nb.aibn.com, call the office at 536-4487.
