Land was unoccupied 15 years, no chemicals used - good for Organic Farm. Some 13 acre ORGANIC ORCHARD; Apple trees (about 16-20 in. diameter in trunk sizes). 10 acres wooded & 2-5 acres(?) of field. The land probably hasn't been farmed for decades. Decent worm count in dark soil.

2 water wells. A shallow hand dug well has a recent lab test (showing safe to drink) & a modern drilled well.

Bradley walk-behind 8hp tractor & 4 implements, trailer.

GREEN HOUSE materials. Organic practices only. Like 15x30' Barn. Soil: loam.

Total acreage: 15.94

Acreage available for new farmer: 2-5 acres
Current uses: Fallow, Woodlot

Current farming practices: 
Ecological production, but not certified, None, the land is not being farmed

We wanted to form a believer's community for those who want to pray & study together & live self sustainable. As this has not come together yet we offer this opportunity for a simularly spiritual minded farmer to use the land preferably in exchange for help with remodeling. Start date may be sooner.
