The Paprika Festival, a youth short play festival in Toronto for people
under 21, is currently seeking submissions. The festival takes place at the
end of the March break week at Toronto's Tarragon Theatre. Proposals must be
submitted by January 14th, 2002. Play lengths should range from 5 to 30
