The Board of Directors of the Dora Mavor Moore Awards cordially invites you
to a special benefit performance of ZADIE’S SHOES by Adam Pettle at The
Winter Garden Theatre on Sunday, March 24, 2002 at 2:00 pm.

A limited number of tickets are available through the Dora Mavor Moore
Awards which include an invitation to a Pre-Show Talk and Tea with
playwright Adam Pettle, director Jackie Maxell and designer Sue Lepage.  The
Pre-Show Talk and Tea will take place at The Winter Garden Theatre at 1:00
pm. and includes light refreshments.  Tickets are regularly priced at $60
(including service and handling charges) and proceeds from tickets purchased
through the Dora Mavor Moore Awards will benefit the Doras.  Tickets
purchased through the Doras will also be eligible for a number of door
prizes including VIP Tickets to the Doras (valued at $300) and a Globe and
Mail Prize Package (valued at $200).

The surprise hit of the season, ZADIE'S SHOES tells the comic and touching
story of a well-meaning gambler who can't resist one more test of his luck.
Certain that this time he will choose the big winner at the horse race, he
gambles the money his girlfriend had saved for a critical medical procedure.
Brought to the brink of disaster, he must re-examine his life.  Here’s what
