Equity Showcase Theatre's upcoming sessions of the Stage Managing in the
Arts conference are fast approaching! If you know anyone who is interested
in becoming a stage manager or honing their stage management skills please
pass this information on to them.

At this conference you will gain knowledge on how to stage manage dance,
opera, musicals, film, special events, industrials, repertory and theatre,
scheduling and planning, financial planning, career tools, becoming CAEA,
reading scripts, building resumes, safety, notation, forms, prompt scripts,
giving notes, and problem solving.

Deadlines for applying are one week prior to the class. Be sure to book your
space now as classes are first-come-first-served!  Classes take place March
15-18 and 22-25 at Equity Showcase at 651 Dufferin St. just north of Dundas
in St. Anne's Parish Hall. The registration fee of $5 will be waived for
full CAEA members.  Regular cost for the 20 course conference is $325 + GST.
