CALL FOR SUBMISSION - SEA THEATRE, VANCOUVER

Sea Theatre is calling for submissions of Stage Managers and Actors for
an upcoming production of Gregory Motton's play "Cat and Mouse (Sheep)".
 
Dates:  
Auditions in early January
Rehearsals in early March
Run:  March 25 through April 12, 2004
 
Venue:    Presentation House Theatre in North Vancouver. 
 
For this production, Sea Theatre will be applying to work under Equity's
Independent Artists Projects (INDIE) Policy."

The play is a British Satire:  modern, cutting edge and absurdist. We
recommend the play be read as it is of a most unusual style. Scripts can
be picked up at the Western Office of CAEA (please phone ahead to insure
copies available).
 
Characters we are casting for can range in age.
 
Gengis - 25 to 35 years old
Aunty - 35 to 50 years old
One Male Actor performs Old Woman, The Man and  Dickwits, the Poet
Laureate. Age Range: 35 years and up. In addition we would make use of
any abilities this actor may have with musical instruments.
 
The role of the Uncle has been cast.
The Director will be Sarah Rodgers
