CANADIAN OPERA AGREEMENT RATIFIED BY MEMBERS

The Canadian Opera Agreement(2004-2007)has officially been ratified by
the members of Canadian Actors' Equity on July 26, 2004.

Over 98% of the members who voted cast their vote in favour of the
proposed changes. Overall, the return rate on ballots mailed was 39.2%.
Thanks to CAEA members Virginia Reh and Dawn Obokata who volunteered
their time to count the ballots.
