E-DRIVE - JOB - APPRENTICE STAGE MANAGER - SHAW FESTIVAL

The Shaw Festival is currently accepting applications for the positions
of Apprentice Stage Manager for the upcoming 2005 season.

The Shaw Festival specializes in the plays of Bernard Shaw and his
contemporaries. In 2000 the mandate was expanded to include contemporary
plays set during Shaw's lifetime, as well as plays written during the
period. 
For the 2005 season the Shaw Festival is presenting 10 plays in
repertory at three theatres. The Shaw Festival is a member of PACT and
employs members of CAEA as well as members of IATSE. The successful
candidate will have had past experience working in the field of stage
management, display strong organizational skills as well as excellent
communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to take direction
and to work in a team environment is crucial.
