CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS - FRINGE - ACTORS - TORONTO
------------------------------------------------
Burning Passions Theatre is now accepting submissions for the upcoming
production of "Mrs. Warren's Profession" by G.B. Shaw, directed by
Laurel Smith, at the Fringe of Toronto Festival. Performances will be
July 9-14 at 8pm at The Music Room, Hart House. The roles are:

Vivie Warren - 20-something, practical, clever, independent,
"unconventionally conventional"
Mrs. Kitty Warren - 40-something, mother of Vivie, beautiful, slightly
vulgar, a "business" woman, not to be trifled with when she's angry
Frank Gardner - 20-something, son of Rev. Gardner, irreverent and
cynical, witty and spoiled, handsome and popular, little ambition except
to marry money
Praed - 40-something, an architect, friend of Mrs. Warren, an
artist/idealist, the complete gentleman but rather boyish and naive
Rev. Samuel Gardner - 50-something, country parson with questionable
past, nervous type obsessed with social standing
Sir George Crofts - 50-something, "business" partner with Mrs. Warren,
country squire type, arrogant and amoral

Auditions will take place April 21 and 22. Rehearsals begin in May.
Please submit no later than FRIDAY, APRIL 6TH, by fax to (416) 651-4514
or by email to laurel at burningpassionstheatre.com, Attn: Laurel Smith,
