AUDITIONS - VANCOUVER

Carousel Theatre's Artistic Director Carole Higgins will be holding
general auditions for Carousel Theatre's 2008-2009 Season of Theatre for
Young Audiences on Friday, June 20, 2008.

Carousel Theatre's 2008/09 Season includes:

Seussical: The Musical 
November 28, 2008 to January 3, 2009
This is a remount, with several roles already cast

Munsch Alley
March 7-28, 2009

The Secret World of Og 
April 15-May 9, 2009

The Big League
National Tour, January-March 2009
This is a remount, with several roles already cast
Special Skills required: rollerblading and hockey

Actors are asked to prepare a monologue of their choice, no longer than
2 minutes, suitable for young audiences.

Deadline for submissions: May 30, 2008. No emails, phone calls, or faxes
please.

Actors who have worked with Carole before, and those who have auditioned
in the last two years, need not audition and are invited to submit a
letter expressing interest in specific plays.
 
Equity members will be seen first at all open audition calls. Equity
members cast in this production will be engaged under an Equity form of
contract. CAEA members: please bring your membership card to the
audition.
