At the October 5, 2009 National AGM in Montreal QC, a motion calling for
a full report from Equity's staff on current options to engage Equity
artists, including the Independent Artists Projects Policy, Small Scale
Theatre Addendum and Coop Guidelines, as well as issues relating to
independent theatre, was passed.

This report is now available online at

being made as Equity undertakes the single most comprehensive review of
how members are engaged and contracted in the history of the
Association.
