Additional information:
The Arts Club Theatre is  accepting resumes for its production of the
musical XANADU, based on the 1980 film of the same name.  The Director
is Dean Paul Gibson and Lisa Stevens is the Choreographer. We are
looking for experienced musical theatre performers who are comfortable
with pop music from that era, can dance and are able to roller skate.

Auditions will be held in Vancouver on October 21, 22 and 23.   Those
selected for an audition will be asked to sing a 1980's pop sing,
bringing sheet music or a backing track for the song.   A dance audition
will follow the vocal audition, and those auditioning will also be asked
to demonstrate roller skating ability. 

Rehearsals begin on or about May 20, 2012 and the show will run at the
Granville Island Stage June 21 - August 4, 2012.

Resumes will be accepted until the end of business on Monday, October
10, 2011.

Reading copies of XANADU are available at the Arts Club Theatre.

Equity members will be seen first at all open audition calls. Equity
members cast in this production will be engaged under an Equity form of
contract. CAEA members: please bring your membership card to the
audition.
