Additional information: Seeking 4 singer/actors for a 6 day development
workshop and single showcase performance of a new vampire rock opera -
Mythos: The Crimson Chorus.  Aug 20-25, 2012 Buddies in Bad Times
Theatre, Toronto, ON

Aethan - Male Vampire (lead) ancient, arrogant, handsome and
charismatic.  Age range: 20-45 years. Rock Tenor

Marcellus - Male Vampire (supporting) cocky, sarcastic, showman, never
serious.  Age range: 20-45 years.  Rock Tenor. 

Cate - Female Human (lead) innocent, attractive, naive but
strong-willed.  Age range: 20-30 years.  Rock soprano with strong head
voice.

Hemera - Female Goddess (lead) Vengeful, manipulative, beautiful,
frightening.  Age range: 20-50 years.  Rock Mezzo/Alto.

Come prepared with a rock song of your choice that shows your vocal and
dynamic range.  An accompanist will be provided.  Actors selected to
audition will be contacted with specifics.  We recommend that applicants
listen to the sample demo tracks on our website to get a sense of the

Equity members will be seen first at all open audition calls. Equity
members cast in this production will be engaged under an Equity form of
