EQUITY COUNCIL ANNOUNCES A DUES REFERENDUM TO BE HELD IN FEBRUARY 2014
----------------------------------------------------------------
Equity Council plans to hold a referendum in February 2014 on an increase of
both the basic and working dues. Inflation has reached the point where the
Association's current dues rates, last adjusted fourteen years ago, are no
longer sufficient to fund necessary expenses.

More information on the referendum and a voting timeline is available in the
Fall 2013 issue of EQ (page 21) now available online at http://www.caea.com.

Additional background material will be published in the next issue of EQ and
posted on EQUITYONLINE (www.caea.com) in the coming months. Council also plans
to hold a series of online forums and in-person meetings to provide any additional
information needed to ensure that members are able to make informed decisions.

The Association's national Council endorses the need for updated dues rates
to cover higher business costs. The ability of Equity to operate effectively
on your behalf is at stake, and it¹s vital that you exercise your right to
vote when the time comes.

Please contact Council's Dues Referendum Committee at duesreferendum at caea.com
with any questions or suggestions.
