TORONTO AUDITION DATES: JULY 29-31, 2002

If you wish to be considered for an audition please send your résumés,
photograph and a covering letter expressing your interest in working at the
Sudbury Theatre Centre and if you wish to be considered for a specific role.
STC is a PACT theatre and operates under the CTA. Please clearly state your
Equity Status. STC is a category E House. Equity members will be given
priority. Auditions are by invitation only. Please prepare one modern
monologue no more than three minutes long. Due to the number of requests we
receive, only those candidates who are invited to audition will be contacted
to set up an audition time. If you have an e-mail address please include it.

Excellent English accents required.

1 male actor mid 40's
1 male actor mid 50's

Thumbelina by Julie Salverson Theatre for Young Audiences (Contract: Nov
12-Dec 17, 2002 -5 weeks)

A new creation that requires young male and female actors who are open
minded, energetic, flexible, imaginative and if you play an instrument it's
an asset.
Vivaldi's Ring of Mystery by Doug Cowling Theatre for Young Audiences
(Contract: Jan 13-Feb 1, 2003 -3 weeks)

2 Energetic actors (1 male 30's to play various roles and 1 experienced
female actor to play a 15 year old girl)

The Attic, The Pearls & Three Fine Girls by Jennifer Brewin, Leah Cherniak,
Ann-Marie MacDonald, Alisa Palmer and Martha Ross (Contract: Jan 22-Feb 23,
2003 -5 weeks)

3 Female Actors age range 25 to early 40's

Proof by David Auburn (Contract: Feb 26-Mar 24, 2003 -4 weeks)

1 female actor mid 20's
